Day 204

Had fun with my Garmin today. I ran a bit on the track and then took off running around town because I could and be able to keep track of how far I went. Very nice run. I got too much salt on my roasted veg so I've been parched all evering. Hate it when that happens.

I've got to read the owner's manual for my Garmin a bit better though. For some reason when I look at my splits on Garmin connect it's for .62 of a mile, not one mile. So, gotta figure that out.
