Work was cu-razy today. I came home and really didn't expect much in the way of a workout but I got on my bike for just an easy warmup ride before strength, 4-6 miles maybe and ended up going 10 miles. Then strength for 35 minutes. I laid on the floor a bit when I was done. I guess my workout was cu-razy, too.
I'm planning on running 5 miles tomorrow morning. Pretty excited about it. Of course, I do realize that I rode 10 miles and that might impede me tomorrow, but I hope not.
