I've felt pretty bad all day due to poor food choices and the heat, which really did me in. I've had one of those annoying headaches that just kind of linger for days. Going on day 3 of that. My calorie count was waaay low today but I ate all that I possibly could. I was just pretty off.
I didn't go to the store because I spent my grocery money at Walmart on another pair of running capris and two sweat wicking shirts, so food this week is going to be pretty strange and lame. Then, after work, my battery died in my car and I had to buy a new one. $95! The last battery I bought five years ago was only $50. Talk about inflation.
